Frequently Asked Questions for Online LUFC Team Uniform Orders
What items am I required to order?As part of the LUFC experience, you are required to order one of the "Player Packages" which includes either 7 or 8 mandated items for your player. There are four different "Player Package" options to choose from:
- UNIFORM PACKAGE – MALE
- UNIFORM PACKAGE – FEMALE
- GOAL KEEPER PACKAGE – MALE
- GOAL KEEPER PACKAGE - FEMALE
You can find these packages either from the "Player Packages" pull down menu at the top of the page or by clicking on one of the 4 boxes on the home page that applies to your child.
How do I order my player package?
Select the player package that applies to your player. Once you have selected your player package, you will see that all product included on that package page are mandated. Please click each product individually, select your size, your players number or player initials (when applicable) and add to cart. Once in your cart simply click the "continue shopping" to return to the player package page that you were previously on. This process will take no more than 5 minutes.
How do I know what size product to order?
We will hold a sizing event on May 14th where you can try on each individual product. You will have received an email from LUFC which provides more details on time and location. If you are unable to attend the sizing event, LUFC will also have product available at each field. They will be stored in equipment lockers at each field.
It is recommended that you personally try on the uniforms, however Xara also offers sizing charts for all the apparel products. Click here to reference the sizing chart.
What number is my player?
You will be assigned a PLAYER # from your coach and/or team manager. Please check with your team before ordering as once ordered we will not be able to change or reimburse incorrect numbers.
Please make sure to correctly input your PLAYER # and PLAYER INITIALS where applicable.
I have two players in LUFC but on different teams. Do I have to place two orders?
No, you can go to the player-ordering page for the first player, add all required items to the cart, and then use the drop down menu at the top of the page to search for the player package of the second player. Then you can add the required items of the second player and check out normally.
Can I change the customization on a required item?
No, LUFC has set the customization styles and options.
Can I put my or my player’s name or number on an item that doesn’t already have it included?If the option to add a name or number is not available for an item, then LUFC does not want to allow personal customization for that particular item.
Can I return customized items?
We guarantee our customization, and if you are not satisfied with the quality, we will replace any faulty items. If there are any issues with your customized items, please contact us for a replacement at email@example.com or 800-444-9272.
We do not accept returns on customized items if the product is not defective. For example, if the wrong size is ordered, and your player initials have already been applied, we cannot accept your return.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY QUESTIONS:
Why does it take so long to receive my player uniform order?
Because this is a NEW uniform, all initial orders will be processed after the JUNE 15th cut off date and delivered on or before JULY 15th. After the initial first LUFC club order, every player item with a logo, number or name is customized after your order is submitted. Depending on the time of year, it can take around 5-20 days for player items to be customized before they’re available to ship.
Shipping versus picking up my order?
During the check out process, you can choose to either ship your order for a flat $14.99 fee, or pick up your order from Xara Soccer HQ located in San Clemente, Ca.
SHIPPING OPTION: Due to the proximity of Xara to LUFC, all shipping will be done via FedEx ground. You will receive an email from Xara when the order ships, and it will take 1 day from the time you receive that email.
When can I pick up my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been received. Due to the customization of the product, it will not be available for immediate pick-up. Xara's friendly Customer Support staff will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.
Currently pickup is available Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm, and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. Due to Covid-19 all pick-ups will be contactless until notified otherwise. Please call Xara Customer Support before you plan on arriving and they will have the order ready for you on the front step of their office. If injury or a disability prevents you from walking up steps, call Xara when you arrive and we will bring the order out to your car (and place it in your trunk).

Can you expedite my order?
We work very hard to ship player uniform orders as quickly as possible. However, we do not have a way to expedite club uniform orders. Every player item with a logo, number or name is customized after your order is submitted. Depending on the time of year, it can take around 5-20 days for team items to be customized before they’re available to ship.
